Backslash by DAY

JOIN US SATURDAY AFTERNOON AT THE
MUDA – MUSEUM OF DIGITAL ART.
FOOD. WORKSHOPS. MUSIC.

11:00 – 15:00 NETWORKING BRUNCH

The body has two ways to react to stimuli. Either there’s a stress reaction, where alertness and tension in the body increase. Or, the body relaxes and becomes softer and more connected to its environnement. In todays’ world, with its information overload and a faster than ever pace toward more productivity, it is more than easy to be exposed to too much stress.

There are several ways to bring the body back to a relaxed state on a physiological level. Nourishing food, the right kind of movement, conscious breathing, relaxing sounds and light, all help keep ourselves in balance with the over excitation produced by stressful stimuli.

The brunch will provide food that’s perfect to recover from the first night of the festival. The workshop, with a big focus on breathing, spine mobility and partner stretching, will help get the body lose for a second night of dancing.

CHF 20.- / max. 30 participants.

15:00 – 18:00 DIY MODULAR WORKSHOP

Build your own modular RIAA Eurorack phono preamplifier component. Since sampling becomes more and more popular in eurorack, thus a phono preamplifier could come in very handy to directly sample from vinyl. RIAA is a preamplifier to bring phono signals up to the hot levels of eurorack modular synthesizers.

The workshop will be run by Raffael Segmüller from “Seismic Industries”. Beginner to intermediate level. Component specifications: seismic.industries/riaa

CHF 99.- / max. 10 participants.
